Because of my time as a sommelier, I have been provided with a very unique opportunity. Due to the fact that I worked at a restaurant that was home to the third-largest wine collection in the U.S., I have unprecedented access to the owners and winemakers of some truly wonderful wineries. Due to this, my network of contacts has expanded greatly.
As someone who wants everyone to enjoy wine as much as I do, I thought it would only make sense to make full use of this privilege and offer up some insight to those who are responsible for the wines that we, as consumers, are drinking.
